What options are available to me for pallet prints?
We offer multiple sizes in both rectangular and state-shaped pallets. Visit our order forms here (rectangular) and here (state-shaped) to see details. We also offer options such as extra rough edges, scorched edges, and more depending on the photo and your preferences. Feel free to share your vision in the message box on every order form, or we can chat about it when I call to confirm your order details.
Do I get to see a mockup before production?
After the order form is filled out and I’ve contacted you to iron out all the details, you will be sent a preview of your photo on either a state outline of regular pallet shape depending on what you have ordered. Production will only begin after you’ve approved your mockup. I take great care in making sure the empty spaces between pallet boards do NOT cut any important parts of the photo, like faces.
What happens after order form is sent?
Caleb Benson will be in contact with you to make sure your photo is high enough resolution for the size/shape you’ve chosen. Also, you will be sent a mockup, and I’ll make sure your mailing information is correct for shipping.
What methods of payment do you offer?
After order form is sent you will be in touch with Caleb Benson to make sure all steps of your order form are covered before payment. The options for payment are PayPal, checks, cash or money orders. We don’t have equipment to take credit cards at the moment, but we’re working on it!
Can the pallet prints be outdoors?
These photos are not meant to withstand the outdoor elements. We prefer the pallet photo to be indoors.
Will a face be cut?
With every photo you will not have a face cut in half. We measure everything out to ensure no main features are cut.
How much does it cost to ship the pallet?
In order to keep it simple, we ship nation wide for free using standard Ground shipping.
